In a pan add Oil on a medium flame.
Fry all the dals separately and keep it aside.
Fry tamarind ,curry leaves and dry Chillies separately.
At last fry coconut and keep it aside.
when it is completely cool down add it in a mixer and pulse it till it comes to chutney consistency.
This is a traditional Parupu Thenga Thogayal ,which can be consumed with hot rice or Idli and dosa.
